Short description

SIMCAS project is an Erasmus+ Sport collaborative partnership between partners from 6 EU countries that focuses on the development of sport methodology for social inclusion that will applicable to a number of settings deemed as critical areas such as refugee camps, ghettos, prisons etc.

Report on the bibliographic research – Study

The report will provide a review of the literature on social inclusion of immigrants via sport and it will be issued as n online paper to be published on a open access e-journal with printed copies shared to each partner. The report will support the project participants in the development of the methodological approach.

Report on stakeholders’ interviews – Study

The report on the interviews to stakeholders underlying innovative and operational issues with regard the social integration of migrants via sport.  The report will support the project participants in the development of the methodological approach and will represent a document that will be shared and discussed among project teams, published on the web sites of each partner and available to free download to researchers and operators.

Report on best practice analysis – Study 

Report on best practices identified and interviews underlying positive and negative issues in the development of projects aiming at social integration of migrants via sport. The report will support the project participants in the development of the methodological approach and will represent a document that will be shared and discussed among project teams, published on the web sites of each partner and available to free download to researchers and operators.

 Draft of the Methodological approach

Th draft of the methodology will be applied to develop effective projects and will support the project participants in the testing phase of the methodology and will represent a document that will be shared and discussed among project teams.
